Our lead mentor and founder, Kate, has experienced the journey from multiple internships that launched her career in Fashion Design to developing an intern program at a major global fashion company. Through this experience, she discovered the keys to effective intern and new hire onboarding.

Kate is a certified project manager and a passionate advocate for creating corporate processes that work for creatives from day one. As she believes, “Onboarding never ends. It continues with each promotion and shift of responsibility. Effective onboarding supports employees throughout their time with a company. In this way, we are all interns.”
